Polenta with Manchego, Eggs and Chorizo

Creamy polenta infused with melted spanish manchego cheese, farm fresh eggs scrambled to perfection with a split down the middle grilled perfectly spiced chorizo in an old iron skillet.. Sounds like the perfect breakfast/brunch to me.. Don’t forget the unlimited mimosas though.
